The Home Depot #CustomerServiceFail – Final

After half-hearted contacts from the Home Depot Social Media Team with promises of contacts by customer service, and then being ignored by Home Depot customer service rep Alexis Bess (never followed up! – that’s the way to teach ’em how to fix a problem) and the outright refusal of the store manager at the Raleigh North Carolina Store #3634 to speak with me directly, it look like they have just lost another previously loyal customer. Keep ignoring your customers Home Depot and there will be a lot of people looking for a job.
